TO: 2010 HIGH SCHOOL SENIORS

FROM: ATTORNEY RACHEL L. BELL

DATE: MARCH 19, 2010

RE: ANNOUNCEMENT OF TWO (2) COLLEGE SCHOLARSHIPS

I, Attorney Rachel L. Bell, am pleased to offer the inaugural Attorney Rachel L. Bell scholarship fund. This fund encompasses two scholarships, the RLB BORDEAUX (37218) Scholarship and the RLB Type I Diabetes Scholarship.

The RLB BORDEAUX (37218) Scholarship is offered to high school seniors who live and have lived within the 37218 zip code for at least two years, and who plan to attend college. I grew up in the 37218 zip code and conduct business there to this day. Because I am so passionate about my neighborhood, I want to continue to give back and support the youth of this area. Students who wish to apply for this scholarship must have a cumulative GPA of at least 2.5 and write an essay, 750-1000 words, explaining what the phrase “BE GREAT. NOT PERFECT.” ™ means to him/her.

The RLB Type I Diabetes Scholarship is one offered to high school seniors enrolled in a Davidson County, Metro City School that has been diagnosed and properly manages Type I Diabetes and plans to attend college. I was diagnosed with Type I Diabetes at the age of 13 and I understand the difficulties and hardships a college student with this condition may endure. Students who wish to apply for this scholarship must have a cumulative GPA of at least 2.5, and write an essay, 750-1000 words, explaining what the phrase, “Control the Controllable.”™ means to him/her.

For more information or to obtain an application for these scholarships, please visit my website at www.RLAWBELL.com; email me at RLB@RLAWBELL.COM; or call the office at 615-256-3353.

Very Truly Yours,

Rachel L. Bell
